Writing an Effective Resume & Cover Letter JoeyR

  1. You did a great job on stating some items that need to be included to write an effective resume and cover letter but I think you could have stated some other things like work history and education. You could have also stated some ways in which resumes are written incorrectly.

  2. This was not as effective a toondoo as it could have been. The title of the toondoo is cut off, and the toondoo leaves out some key information such as work history, education, and references. It probably would have been better to do a single page toondoo comic followed by written elaboration. Also, try not to wait so late to do your post in case you have errors, computer trouble, or a website goes down. I hope you revise this some so I can come back and give you some glowing feedback!

  3. Joey, it would have been better to do a comic strip rather than a book. The book only had two pages. Make sure you have a catchy title. Good job on the mechanics this week.

  4. I think the information was good, but very superficial. You could have gone a little more into detail about resumes and cover letters. But it was an interesting toondoo; the evil laugh was definitely an attention-getter.
