Your post was very good! It gave a broad overview of instant messaging as a whole but also included a lot of information on different aspects of it. I like how you included the negatives of instant messaging in your power point also, this way your post is not misleading about the subject. I also like how you included etiquette because it is something that many people forget to use. Great Job!

This is a very good post! The information is matched well with images, and is all very professional. My one suggestions is that you switch it to a powerpoint slide show, as Jason did, because it looks a lot better and counts for a powerpoint, rather than several images. Other than that, great job!
At first I didn't understand why Penny wanted me to change my powerpoint to a slideshow, but now that I see another powerpoint where I don't already know what it says, it really is easier to read one slide at a time. Great job with it though!
